Interstate 35W Bridge Collapse
At approximately 6:05 p.m. on August 1, 2007, the Interstate 35W bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota collapsed into the Mississippi river, killing 13 people and injuring scores more. I happened to be strolling nearby and was one of the first people on the scene. This is what I saw.
